what are the different weight resistances for each band?

It doesn’t say anything about weight measurement. It goes by just resistance. White is the easiest and red is the hardest. I’ve been using theses and I have noticed a big difference. Worth the money.

Will this help improve my pulloffs in shredding metal solo's on guitar?

I used to be one of the fastest speed metal players in Arizona: you can only be one or the other, fast or strong. If you want to use these for volume training, dexterity, or even minor strength, you’re in the right place. If you want champion grip strength, put your guitar goals on the backburner. The only way to get faster at guitar is playing guitar faster.

Do these include suggested exercises?

I don't remember if they did include that in the package, but I believe I found some appropriate exercises on their website or some other website.

These are the best bands for extensor workouts. I've bought this pack three times in 9 years. They wear out and break after a couple years of use like any other band. Regular use they will last a couple years per pack. Not perfect, I wish they would be a little more robust and wish they made an even heavier duty one.
