Back to the review after buying again. I've been using this for a while now and I've went from, eh it's okay, to I love this stuff, top coat and all. My nails are super long with no need to add tips. Super strong and healthy to. I disliked the top coat at first but then I changed the powder I was using and yeah it was the powder I didn't like. 10/10 would and did buy again. Base coat isn't too thick or to runny, activator works quickly and doesn't stink, so bonus points for that! Top coat... Review losses a point for the top coat. It works, it dries quickly but it has the shine that reminds me of children's nail polish, could be personal preference but really don't like the top coat. The product as a whole though, I will be buying again. I put it on with no prep thinking it would pop off, as other products do with no prep but it's staying with strong. Might be my new go to nail brand! It's easy to apply, doesn't smell, nails are strengthened, it's easier and faster than normal nail polish, just glad I had a gel nail top coat handy

So far I am very impressed. Ignore the bad photo reviews from other people, that is purely down to lack of attention and skill while applying the product. Ensure you file your nail down before applying anything which creates a rough surface, then apply the base gel, dip, brush off excess and then repeat base gel and dip again. Then apply the activator gel. Stay with it because at this point it is not meant to look pretty! File file file! File it all down until your nails are smooth! Don't stress about how they look they will look dull and awful at this stage. This is also the time to pay attention to removing the powder and any activator which has stuck around the edges of your nails, use the tools to help you with this. Once you are happy your nails are smooth and without bumps of powder, brush off all the dust and then reapply the activator again. Once dry apply the top coat. Following these steps exactly should give you nice smooth, pretty nails. Take your time and use a steady hand! This was my first time applying them and I'm impressed with how they turned out. I'll get better each time, normally my nails are longer but I couldn't wait to give this product a go! Another thing I will note is bare in mind the powders are a lot lighter than they look on your nails so bare that in mind when choosing. I didn't think this colour would be so dark but I still like it. Luckily! And the stickers that come with it are super cute. I put them on and then applied 2 layers of the top coat. In terms of how long they will last I can't answer that yet. If they start chipping quickly I will be back to change my review but right now I'm happy to give a happy five star review.

I have been using a more expensive powder dip system. And decided to try Lavender Violets as a cheaper alternative. I had already purchased and used their liquid system and was pleased with it. So I decided to buy some powder colours. They're in very nice packaging. Smaller and easier to transport than the more expensive product making them great for taking on holidays. They go on very well and seem to last longer than the the other product I'd tried. My only gripe would be the colours don't seem to be quite as stated...this is supposed to be the darker red but comes out lighter than expected. Still I'm impressed and will be ordering more.

I got these based on others reviews. My more expensive branded liquids weren't impressing me. Gave these a try and they worked better, were easier to use and a much better price. They'll be my go to from now on.

Great top up pack for my gel nail kit and work perfectly.

I have been using a more expensive dip polish system for some time and purchased this on a whim. In honesty it is actually better and I am really happy with this purchase. The bottles are easy to apply and do not clog up like my more expensive system.

Practice makes perfect. The first time using was simple and quick. One piece of advice, don't apply the top coat too thickly and allow it enough time to dry. Do buff the nails before applying the top coat. Colours are much more intense when applied. Had a little bit of chipping on the very ends after a week. Easy to repair. Easy to take off. Fill the surface with something like a 180/200 grit file. Don't file through to your natural nail. Soak a cotton wool pad in 100% acetone and wrap in foil. Takes about 25 to 20 minutes to soften and scrape off. Looking forward to trying a french or omre dip. Overall, for the price a great starter set.

Totally ready to hear I did something wrong, as being a complete newbie in this. Yet, I read and watch quite a few tutorials to learn before giving a go (incl. removing cuticles). I'm pretty sure I did follow all the steps correctly, but the outcome is extremely poor. Super uneven, even after buffing for 20 min, spread everywhere around and even glued my nails together, cannot get rid of the stuff around the nail (I chose this product as recommended for those working a lot and having short nails). Open to get any feedback, or suggestions, but I can't wait to get rid of it 😪

Wenn die Anwendung gelingt, ist das Ergebnis wirklich beeindruckend. Die Nägel sehen glatt, ebenmäßig und sehr glänzend aus. Die Farbauswahl im Set war ansprechend. Die Haltbarkeit ist der größte Pluspunkt von Dippuder. Bei korrekter Anwendung hielten die Nägel bei mir bis zu drei Wochen ohne Abblättern oder Absplittern. Das ist deutlich länger als bei herkömmlichem Nagellack und übertrifft oft sogar Gel-Lacke.

Dies ist mein erster Versuch mit Powder Nails. Mit der mitgelieferten step by step Anleitung ist es mir sehr leicht gefallen. Die Fläschchen sind alle gut gefüllt, markiert und es ist ein kleines Set aus Ersatzpinseln, Pfeile und zwei kleinen Holzstäbchen dabei. Ich habe nur eine Schicht vom powder aufgetragen, da mir persönlich zwei Schichten viel zu dick und unnatürlich aussehen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. (Wer noch keine Erfahrung hat: Vorsicht mit dem Base (Nr.1). Dieser sollte nicht an die Haut kommen. Es ist als hätte man Sekundenkleber auf der Haut. Er wird sehr hart und ist schwer zu entfernen.)

I would give this zero stars if I was able. Absolutely disappointed with this kit. I have used inexpensive dip systems before and I have always been pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this system. The first time I used the kit as directed, with both the liquids and the powders together. When the nails activated, it's like they shrunk! They dried tightly, squeezing my natural nail and pulling uncomfortably painfully at the sides of the nail bed. I had to take the two test nails I did off straight away because they were so painful. I thought, maybe the problem was with just the liquids, but when I tried the same colours with a different liquid set, the colour was still really awful. It was grainy and dull as soon as it was activated and dried very slowly. It's like the powders would not absorb the product completely. No amount of filing/redoing/ or anything would get the colours to look I am returning this kit, because I can't stand the thought of spending this amount of money on something so useless and sad.
