Cuts up to 18GA material including but not limited to: Sheet metal, corrugated sheet metal, duct, asphalt shingles, steel mesh, vinyl siding, wire, plastics, cardboard and rubber. I do not see copper pipes, and sizes in mm. **Q: Will this cut panels on a van? Also, will it fit a Milwaukee impact driver?** A: It should cut the panels on a van with ease once an access hole is made. With regards the attachment to your drill I don't know. It fits my Dewalt because there's recesses in the drill handle for the strut to fit. **Q: Does it cut welsh or Spanish slate ?** A: To avoid disappointment, would not recommend to use for it. The manufacturer didn't say anything about it. The cuts we clean with no burrs, and only a minimal amount of twisting near the cut. They are powerful and will likely cut thicker metal than advertised. The cutting speed can be really high, making the job very quick. The only question that I was left with is why the head rotates so much? This does take a little getting used to.
