These notebooks are so cute! I love this cover art so much, I want wall hangings like these. The cover material feels like watercolor paper. It's textured and has about the same stiffness so it's thin and flexible for a notebook cover. It's also unsealed, so it probably isn't going to very sturdy by way of protecting the pages. The paper itself is 8mm rule (wide ruled), feels pretty smooth and stands up to ghosting and bleeding pretty well. Pics of my pen test page included. The wire spirals are thin and narrow, about half the diameter of a regular pen. The pages turn nicely and the spirals match the flexibility of the covers. I got these because of the cover art. As far as notebooks go, they're fine so I got exactly what I bought and expected. If you're a stationery snob or someone looking to really use these for daily notes, be aware that these are aesthetic more than sturdy. Still adorable. Still happy with this product.
