The V10 also comes equipped with a loud alarm, which can easily draw attention in an emergency. The light has 4 brightness modes, and a press and hold to activate 'turbo mode' which utilises the full 1000 lumen range of the torch. having tested the torch outside in the dark, it has a throw of around 55 meters (180 feet), but bare in mind this will vary based on battery levels and if its foggy, as it struggles to cut through fog due to a wider angle. The torch charges via a USB-C cable, and it includes a red/green indicator to show charging status. The magnet is also a handy feature, and is more than strong enough to support the weight of the torch at any angle. The design of the torch is very cool, featuring a transparent casing to display the circuit board. It is also fully waterproof, however I am yet to do a full submersion test. the only somewhat negative thing I can say is that the metal piece around the LEDs gets incredibly hot when in use for a long time, however this is only to be expected, as the torch features no fans to keep it small, and I have not had any issues arise from the heat. I think it was smart of the designers to use aluminium for this piece, as its high thermal conductivity quickly draws heat away from the LED components.
