Just installed this fan today in my bedroom it’s been great so far very quite compared to my tower fan, very easy to install apart from one issue was the wiring one was brown and one was blue on the motor control box it said the blue was Live and brown was Neutral which isn’t usually the case so I wired it up the way it should be blue to neutral and brown to live/line and has been working perfect. It is very good quality and the design is very trendy Would definitely recommend for those summer months

Paid for a qualified electrician to come Out and fit. No problem easy. Connected to the Tuya app no problem and also the Smart Life app as an alternative. Worked fine through the apps and even with the supplied remote. But no luck getting it to work with Alexa , couldn’t find the fan on the network, Tried for six hours installing, uninstalling and resetting router configurations to make sure it was on 2.4gh and not 5 as per instructions. Almost as if the non Alexa version was put in the wrong box at the factory by mistake. On a plus note it is a lovely looking fan , very bright and the fan is really effective at cooling. I’m was impressed so will be ordering another in the hope that the one I received was either the wrong model or faulty. Will re-review re-ordered Fan once received and fitted and adjust my score accordingly. Updated Review After receiving my second fan , I was unable to get Alexa to find that one too. I contacted support via email at [email protected] and after sending them my fan ID from the Tuya app , their technical team managed to remotely enable Alexa compatibility on my fan. After doing this my Alexa had no problem finding the fan and light and I can now turn on and off the fan and light and adjust fan speed no problem. Great after sales and support. The support is in the USA so email replies do come early in the morning if you are in the UK. 3am ish . I have updated my stats to 5 a love the fan now it is working as it should. Hope this review helps if someone else got a fan that can’t be found by Alexa.

Easy to install and set up. Works with SmartLife app and Alexa.

This product is a must in a house where the room holds heat. Well worth the money. Easy to use, good quality brightness that can be adjusted. Performance of the fan is good too with 6 speeds and is a nice size. The fit of the fitting to the wall is slightly bigger and easy to fit the wires.

I would’ve given 5 stars but for the fact it doesn’t really work properly with Alexa. The fan with light is excellent. *****UPDATE******. Managed to get it to work through Alexa…..it has now been promoted to 5 stars.

The product arrived great and was easy to install. However after only using the fan for a few nights it now doesn’t work. Now we’re left with just a light and no working fan in summer.
