This was so poorly made. Not smooth at all it was like ridding on a rocky road. No one want to have this experience when try to have a peaceful reformer workout. One good thing they made it very east to return.

First off it’s quite heavy. Love the faux wood metal, blk pleather look. Somewhat similar to what I’ve used at club Pilates. It’s not nearly as easy to fold up and down as shown in the video. It’s so heavy and not secure in a few areas that setting it up and putting it back is so hard. I’m 5’5 148 lbs. I think the price should be under $800. The value of the items received justify the price to an extent however, I nearly snapped my fingers off and hurt my feet/arms when I unfolded/folded up the machine. The springs are not secure at all with velcro straps as seen in the assembly videos. The come undone so easily when setting the machine up. The slider has no security whatsoever so when folding it up and down, it (slide bench) can drop out of position causing the springs to dislodge and drop on your feet if the rotating bar is not secured. Happened 3x. Even if the bar is in place the slide bench does not stay in place and can hurt you if you don’t catch it at the right time. Rotating bar ok. It is not the best and may not move into the position you want on both sides. Does it do the job when flat, yes! It’s the folding and unfolding that’s a chore and dangerous. I was so discouraged by all of these issues when trying to set it up that I considered returning it immediately however it may just be too much of a hassle to return.
