Cloud Stinger 2 Core Smartchoice- Gaming Headset for PlayStation, Lightweight Over-Ear Headset with mic, Swivel-to-Mute Function, 40mm Drivers (6H9B5AA), White

Sound quality and mic quality is amazing best for gaming. Go for it worth buying.

Absolutely master piece best sound quality with 40mm driver you can even hear foot steps of enemys in fps games like cs2 and valorant. The only thing I don't like is the sound volume i think the maximum volume may sound like its in half but it's not the full volume sound doesn't like there has to everything is good. Must buy in budget.

All good but little bit sound quality low

The HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Core is an excellent headphone for gaming. I use it for my PS5 (plug it into the dualsense controller's 3.5mm jack). The sound is immersive. The music sounds crisp. The dialogs also can be heard nice and clear. The volume is controllable via the small volume control button on the right piece. So, no issues of sound level too. The sound is ample enough to get a good feel of PS5's 3D Tempest Audio. Infact, I never required to turn on full volume while using this headphone. 70% volume is enough for me. The headphones were also delivered in nice and new packaging, with all the plastic covers, which was a nice unboxing experience. Overall, go ahead with these headphones if you intend it for gaming (PS5 or PC).

*This review is based on initial impressions Build Quality:- it feels filmsy like its just doesnt feel that strong due to absence of steel. Mic quality:- havent used it Volume:- since i was familiar with 40mm drivers, it was fine for me. But i suppose you might not be fine with it because i set it at 70 percent volume on headphones physical knob then 70 percent in windows for enough sound after equalization (will be explained forward). But without it, it is loud. Sound quality:- the bass is just absent. Not even a slightest bit. Thats why i used an equalizer to fix it. The clarity is very good it sounds very crisp. For example in cs2, you cannot feel the thump of awp (absence of bass, can be solved i willl explain how) but you can feel every reload and every footstep with good seperation. My use case so you can judge:- i mainly use it for multimedia, editing and then finally gaming. The absence of bass really bothered me since even noise 2 had better bass out of the box. Compatibility:- works well with both linux and windows. Currently using linux with virtual surround sound of dolby atmos and works well. How to fix bass:- im no audiophile so take this with a grain of salt. Install equalizer APO, then install peace equalizer apo extension. From there you can select various presets and see what works best for you. I customized it ahead a bit further and have attached the screenshot. You can try it. It resolves the bass issue for me. Imp points:- THE CABLE IS TOO SHORT! It is just fit for my pc to my chair even when my pc is kept on top of the table right next to me. And the cable is directly attached to the headphone port right on my cabinet not even my motherboard. Overall, build quality is filmsy but fine, wire is short (enough if you connect it to controller), have to do manual tweaks to get bass, works well with linux and windows and virtual surround sound.

The head phone is really good. You can feel it and the mic mute system work great, sound is too good. I am only confused about mic. I think in this price the mic quality is good but I wanted more quality.

I was so confused like u because I also want a headphone for both movies music and gaming as well People are saying that it doesn't made for music but I ignored them but they were right, it doesn't have the base boosted effect so my music review is just 3.5 out of 5 stars Talking about gaming it is 5 out of 5 If u are pc users I'll suggest u one thing which will enhance your movies as well as gaming experience which is Go in Settings > System > Sound (select headphones ) > properties Now while watching movies and listening music turn on the *Audio Enhancement as device default effect and turn on *Spatial Sound to enhance the experience and make sure to turn off these 2 options while playing games
