Poor in many respects, avoid
Shipped to the UK with only a US mains adapter. I managed to source a UK adapter locally, but setup is not straightforward. It uses an ancient procedure from the 1990s. Once set up it appeared to work with a single device connected to it, but when I connected 8 (low-traffic) devices and a 1 GB fibre via SPF it just couldn't cope. I had tried a TP-link equivalent which worked perfectly out of the box with no setup, but that was too noisy (two fans). So back to my 1 GB Net Gear switch until something better comes along.

Works well and slots in nicely with my other TRENDnet switches
Bought this to replace a cheaper Chinese brand that failed after 2 years of use (you really do get what you pay for). This unit has easily powered my 5 cameras and was simple to connect to my other TRENDnet switches via SFP port. These managed switches can take a little longer to startup but you certainly have much better control and results. I have not played with the VLan capabilities as of yet. The interface is the same as the other non-PoE switches that I have from TRENDnet making it easy to work with each of them. So far, no issues and much better network performance.

Looks good but too noisy
It looks professional, but the noise is quite loud and not very comfortable to use, so I decided to return it.

Viel zu Laut für HomeOffice - eigentlich unbrauchbar für den Zweck.
Die Switche funktionieren wie sie sollen, alles toll, aber die Lüfter sind so unglaublich Laut (und das ohne wirklichen Grund), daß die Switche in einem Home-Office Umfeld absolut unbrauchbar sind. Sie sind so laut, daß man wenn man sie im Keller installiert hat die Kellertür zumachen muß, damit einem der Switch im Wohnzimmer im EG nicht die ganze Zeit stört. Leider für mich unbrauchbar für meinen Zweck. Man braucht mindestens einen Serverraum und einen Etagenverteilerraum in dem der Switch dann Schallisoliert laufen kann.
