An odd but enjoyable snack
I found the floss to be a fascinating eating experience and once I got used to it, I found it to be a really nice product. Be warned that it is full of sugar and is not suitable for someone on a low carb diet. It's around 45% carbs and you can tell while eating, it's exceptionally sweet. Don't be fooled by the low weight, you get a lot in the packet.

Delicious and value for money
After having nori toast at at Bao Bao place I had to try and replicate it at home. After asking what the stuff on the dish was and being told it was meat floss I thought I’d never get it! So glad Amazon sell it! So glad I decided to try at home simple (lightly toasted bread cream cheese layer of nori and the meat floss on top)Have to get the right bread as sourdough wasn’t right but none the less it was lovely so just for that dish I give 5 stars for the meat floss. It’s delicious

Garnish your favourite dish
I was in Thailand and I had Half pineapple with spice rice, with prawns , I replicated it at home I used chicken and sprinkle Pork Moss on top as Thai chef done . Absolutely beautiful. Great dressing flavour some.
