Once air box is removed, where does the sensor thats on the air box go?

If you are upgrading a standard air box as well as the filter you will need an inlet pipe and the sensor would insert along this pipe.

Does this come with adapter clips?

it comes with 3 option reducers for various intake pipe diameters ( if you need to know what these are i'm pretty sure I saw them online).

Will this fit 2009 Mk2 focus tdci please?

Just measure the diameter of the inlet pipe to which the filter will be fitted, then make sure that's the same or less than the maximum diameter of the filter's fitting.
