My only complaints are the size (it's just that little bit too big to keep in your pocket comfortably) - but it does fit well in the hand and is comfortable to use one handed- and the insistence of HTC sense. I do not want to use sense and have it turned off but I still get notifications asking me to turn it on for various reasons. That's annoying but i can live with it. Its a nice looking phone with smooth, rounded edges and a nice feel in the hand. The screen is big enough to accommodate a large keyboard for those who have difficulty with smaller builds and the graphic capabilities coupled with this big screen make games and videos look pretty stunning for viewing on a phone. The sound is also impressive- something HTC is known for. With or without headphones, sound is clear and clean. Excellent for listening to music, podcasts, audio books, radio, you name it; music is just as clear as vocals and doesn't sounds at all tinny like most phone speakers. In terms of being user friendly this phone is brilliant. Everything is easy to access and understand. I've had a HTC in the past and traded it for a Samsung. Big mistake. Having come back to HTC I don't think I'll be going back again. Everything is smooth and operates quickly with no fuss. Switching between apps is easy and pain free unlike some other phones which slow up with the effort.
