These bands are great and very strong.

Works with my wonder arms
These were a replacement for my Wonder Arms equipment. They do work. Since they. Appear to be much thinner, I am not sure how long they will last, but so far, (2 months), they appear to be doing well.

Like Increments of Resistance
Bought these to replace my original bands. Work great. The thing I really like about these is that the resistance is in 5 lb increments. Going from 5 lbs to 15 lbs is just TOO much. Going from 5 lbs to 10 lbs, etc., works very well. These come in 5 lb, 10 lb, & 15 lb. The original Wonder Arms set comes with 5 lb, 15 lb, & 25 lb. Very pleased. Also came earlier than promised
