Key did not open the safe out of the box. Very frustrating. I have 4 other deposit safes that I use and have never had an issue like this.

Very nice safe, keycoded safe (*easy instructions explain how to set it up) there is also a key (2 keys) if need be. As you can see, for the keypad you will need (4) double A batteries to install on the inside of the door behind a panel that will need to have one screw undone. One pic you will see what appears like a sawtooth that is looking up into the safe what the front drop box will drop into the safe from and there is no worries about anyone or anything trying to stick something thru that dropbox. You will also see a pic that shows the locking bars on the side is 3 and one bar on top (not pictured). Also in the photo you will see there are 4 holes in each corner of the inside of the safe - and in the other pic the small bag that includes the bolts and anchors so that if you decided to bolt down your safe to the floor you will have that as an option. There is a piece of felt that is inside of your safe that is covering the (4) holes up. It also has a light on the inside of the safe that turns on when opened. This is a very secure, strong safe. I like this safe because it allows you to be able to do the drop box at your convenience. The codes are able to be changed easily if need be. And the safe is able to be bolted to floor for extra security.

This safe is really nice and great for home or business. It has good thick walls and the door locks very securely. With the floor anchors, it isn't going anywhere, and your items will be quite secure. It is perfect for a cash heavy business where you can't always make bank deposits daily. Everyone can toss the cash or envelopes in and they can't take anything out. Could also be used for key deposits at a car rental place or an auto shop where people drop a vehicle prior to the employees being present. There are so many potential uses and this is going to keep your items secure. It is easy to set up a new code, so if you want to change the code frequently, or it does come with a key for backup. This is quite a versatile safe, and it has a good amount of space inside.

Order the product twice it came with a bag with very poor instructions try to opened with the key multiple times and didn’t open at all

This is a great safe for home or office. The deposit slot makes it incredibly easy to just drop documents and other small objects into the safe. That’s what I like most about this. I can just drop anything through the slot and know that it’s now protected in the safe itself. When I have time, I can go into the safe and organize everything that has been dropped into it. Weight is sufficient, and ability to anchor it to the floor makes it a permanent fixture. Highly recommended.
