Folding Bed with Mattress

Very strong and sturdy bed nice and comfy great price.

I have no problem with the item itself, but it was let down by the poor factory assembling. The wooden slats going across the base are held with plastic end covers, with two grommets each side that are pressed into the frame, unfortunately one side of a slate was hanging loose and another not fully inserted, as the bed was needed with no time to return for a replacement, we, with difficulty as the plastic grommets had been squat, decided to repair it, using some wood blocks and "G" clamps to pull them into place. Also there is a kink in part of the frame tubing, although this does not affect it's use.

Great sturdy bed with wooden slats very easy to assemble and fold away, mattress is a good thickness. Delivery was great I booked my time slot online. Would recommend to others for a great night sleep.

Product has been designed in such a way, that any length ways movement causes the legs to fold in, this is especially difficult as tightening to avoid this from happening, makes it more difficult to refold the bed. The supporting bars that held the wheel legs together snapped (I can provide images if needed) causing the legs to fully fold in whilst sleeping, and the side supports to buckle. Rather than do the correct things and send out the parts this is the response I got "Hi, there Thank you for contacting Customer Service Team. May I kindly ask,is it possible for you to find a repairman help repair it locally? If yes and you are willing to keep the item, we would like to issue 30 pounds back to you.Is it ok for you? Waiting for your reply. Thanks and best regards. Jane" Don't expect a response more than once a day when trying to contact the customer service. How difficult is it to send out spare parts, more importantly, how do they expect a repair man to "fix" snapped bars on their product. Review may change on suitable response EDIT: Company agreed to send out replacements for part of the faults, but not others, and actually sent 4 times the wrong piece, still waiting on correct components to be sent out. Bed uses specially made piieces, so cannot be bought online, therefore unless the company is willing to send out correct replacement parts, you are out of luck if it breaks EDIT: Wrong pieces sent August, was told I had to wait 30 days for parts to be reordered (betting they were still selling beds though) still waiting and its now mid October - avoid this company, waste of 150 EDIT: Attempts to contact the company have been met blankly, attempts to discuss this with Amazon is as useful as throwing money into a firepit

This bed looks steady and proper however when you look properly same cheep materials, plastic slats cases etc. mattress is as hard as a rock; mine arrived without one bolt to attach the wheel- it took a week to reach the seller and three attempts with pictures to explain what was missing- they kept offering to return it.. but finally got it. I was hoping this would be a better quality product for this price

I was sceptic initially because I weight 100kg however this bed is comfy and sturdy!
