It went together in minutes and has a real metal base with screws you will most likely need pliers to remove. The small wrench included doesn’t give you the extra hump of leverage needed to get the manufacturing nuts off. They are all you need to put the table back together though. We put new covers on our bar stools and got this table and it really made a nice sit area in the room. The table top isn’t as smooth as you think so doing level work off the table will be hard but it holds a glass and plate fine without rocking. They left like wood grain top but I don’t think the top is real wood, I didn’t try to knock a piece off to tell. It has nice long leveling screws with felt you add for bottom depending if you want it to glide on floor or carpet. With round nubs for feet it slides well on carport also. It’s pretty handy and leaves reason to check Amazon for a few items still. Amazon may never be my goto after seeing all the cheap stuff they allow on their site.
