Very small size. Ordered large, I'm 6ft 2 and they didn't even buckle. The build quality was mehhhh.

Going at it blind
There was no user manual. No video of it being used. In the troubleshooting section it refers me to the user manual... no manual

Bought these spurs for my 125lb wife, as she wanted to start climbing. The gaff is very poorly welded on and one of the welds cracked when she stepped into the tree. I immediately filled a return, you probably will too.

They work OK on trees with thin bark. Not do well with pine trees.
The work very well on trees with think bark. The spikes are too short for trees with think bark. It would be dangerous to climb a large pine tree with these spikes. The straps you tie around your feet are a joke. They’re some sort of elastic strap. Not something I would trust my life too. I bought some heavy duty Velcro straps that worked better, we’re easier to put on and made me feel much safer.
