The best sleep
I swear by this stuff. It is all natural and does not have melatonin, so I do not feel groggy in the morning and I achieve great sleep scores when I take it. I dream very vividly, which I like, and I am able to also have good deep sleep.

Upset stomach and puffy face
It didn't help fall asleep or stay sleeping. It also gave an upset stomach and puffy face next morning. Very disappointing.

Decent-good product, high price
Effect in the relm of sleep aide was decent (I personally had better results w/400mg mag glicinate alone) But the price isn't sustainable long term for most people. Still love the brand!

I am a super light sleeper and for 25 years have tried so many different natural sleep aids, you name it. This is by far the most effective and powerful combination. Sleep like a log and even if you wake up in the middle of the night, you fall easily back to sleep
