Good Product but Terrible Customer Service
The product itself looks great and the quality is good, albeit slightly overpriced. However, I've been extremely disappointed with the customer service. As this purchase was for my business, an invoice is essential, yet despite chasing this company for over a week, I've received no response whatsoever. They have failed to issue the required invoice, causing considerable inconvenience. Be cautious: if you encounter any problems with your order, this company may leave you completely unsupported.
