I've used many different types of these units. This one stands out as having a very nice and bright display. I use it for taking quick notes at my desk when doing IT work. I like the cover because it (a) keeps the unit a bit cleaner and (b) looks a bit more like a notebook if I take it to a meeting.

I purchased this tablet to use with an elderly friend who is very hard of hearing. Rather than resorting to shouting, will use this tablet to write what she is not hearing or understanding. So handy to use, great size and just a push of the button perfectly clears the screen! Now we can have meaningful conversations!

I use these for my literacy tutoring and my kids love using it. More practical than white boards, and fun. They like the simple erase (just press the button), and how the color changes.

I like most things about this product. This is my first time using a Blackboard product. A few things: 1. The erase on the pen does NOT work. All it does is smudge more things on the page. (See photo). 2. I'm right-handed and wear bracelets on my right hand and tablet picks up all the movement. (See photo) 3. The app works well but you have to manually adjust the capture no matter how close you get it. (See photo). 4. I bought the portfolio case for it. The templates that came with the tablet are tough to get them both in. Perhaps a future design should include a flap to store additional templates. 5. I didn't realize that the smart pen was an entirely different product. Not ready to invest in that yet. If I was going to spend that much, i think I'd splurge for the Kindle Scribe. 6. The page size is good and the written text is bright enough. Otherwise, I like it and worth testing further. Fairly good value for what I paid & got.
