Looks amazing
Looks amazing, audio is clear. Just not happy with the sound of the ringer. Too digital and doesn’t sound retro.

The Protelx GPO retro Phone
This turned out to be an excellent buy. Great phone and good looking. Arrived on time. Putting it together is easy, took 3mins. I was nearly put off by other reviews saying it came in 5 parts etc. This is nonsense, all you have to do is to connect the two cables to the correct output, or input. Which is clearly marked, then connect it to your BT line, no problem.

Buzzing sound on the line
Phone looked lovely but when I tried to use it there was a background buzzing noise. I tried everything to make it go away but after one day, I returned it. Shame, it would have been perfect. It could be that as the phone now needs to be plugged into the router, rather than the wall phone socket. Nothing I can do about that as the government are now switching everyone to digital. Phone jacks are now redundant. Alternatively, it could just have been a poor phone.

Retro telephone
I selected this telephone to replace one that had 'lost' it's 'ring.' The telephone arrives in three pieces - the handset, the cradle and the cable. These need to be assembled - the instructions are quite clear although probably surplus to requirements! Once assembled the 'phone looks sturdy and a good replica of the old GPO model. It has a push-button dial with both # and * keys often required for some banking systems etc. The only thing missing, which I will miss, is a re-dial button. Nevertheless, I am really pleased with the product and with the speed and efficiency of the seller's service.

además de hacer bien su función, los números son teclas, no como antes, que había que darle vueltas a la rueda, es práctico que sea así, sin embargo, no tiene regulador de volumen, así que cuando suena, doy un respingo, pero no pasa nada. es lo que esperaba al comprarlo.

Funciona perfectamente y su look es realmente bueno...los numeros estan dispuestos al.modo ingles pero no es algo que importe si te gusta su apariencia.

El producto es exactamente lo que es, un teléfono muy bonito. Funciona perfectamente... Sustituyendo el cable de conexión a la roseta por el del teléfono de aquí. El envío rapidísimo y en plena campaña navideña.
