Removable Dock Ladder 3 Steps 350 lbs Capacity Pontoon Boat Ladder

I bought this for my parents floating dock as part of a redecking project. As the water depth fluctuates, I wanted something that could be removed when not in use. The ladder took a little time to assemble but not difficult and everything lined up well. I like that is all aluminum and, when we tried it out, it was a bit wider so no one had to squeeze in between the rails to get up. I had the same concern as others with the attachment to the dock system but it I believe when properly mounted the attachment rings just keep the ladder from sliding. When getting out, your weight transfers to the ladder base on the dock. It was also very easy to pivot up and remove when not in use.

I installed the 5 step ladder on my dock at the lake. It works great and i was very pleased with the design and quality of materials. Instructions were simple and straight forward. This is a great product. This is a follow up to my first review. After using the ladder for a couple of weekends on my dock at the lake. I noticed that the steps began to bend. They are rated for max. wgt. of 500lbs ea.. Nothing over 200lbs has been on them and very little use.. I contacted the mfg. and sent them photos of the problem. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement for one step. I have a 5 step ladder and suspect the other steps will bend with more use. The new step is visually different from the org... When i went back on Amazon to look at the ladder, order they no longer offer this model and it says on my order that i purchased a different version from what is offered now. My guess is the mfg. has pulled it because of poor quality.., Their customer service is good but the product is not and i would send it back to Amazon but it is past the return window. I am changing my 5 star initial rating to 1 rating. i cannot recommend this product. Good news is, you cant buy the 5 step sloped ladder anyway. See photos below.

Super sturdy. We are big people and it works great for us all

This was so easy to install on our lake dock. It is lightweight yet sturdy and has held up well. It can be removed quickly for winter storage. I appreciate the four-step model as it provides adults with that additional step for a more balanced exit from the water.

While it’s a very good product, the stairs are attached with regular bolts that make for. Risk to people standing on them in low visibility conditions. They should use carriage bolts with smooth heads.

Our friends had this ladder for their pontoon, and we loved it, was able to find the same one on Amazon and it is amazing. You can move it to multiple locations on your boat when you’re tied up to others.

What a difference from the 3 step ladder that come with the boat! If you have bad knees or getting older this is for you! My wife absolutely loves it!

The product did not have enough of the stick-on rubberized pads for the steps, so I ordered the rubber pads from customer support. After several weeks was sent something totally wrong. The ladder was assembled and waiting for the correct rubberized step pads under my barn covered porch out of the weather. After a few days the ALUMINUM ladder looked like a steel ladder that had been in water for years. It has rust all over it. I have never seen aluminum RUST. The rubberized pads that I installed originally, are all puckering up where the bolts go through them. This is a very inferior product that should not be advertised as aluminum, and the rubberized step traction pads should not be designed to be installed underneath the installation bolts due to deformation of the rubber when tightening the bolts. The company should also learn how to speak English so when there are problems with the order, they can be certain they understand what is needed, and send the correct replacement products.

Descrizione montaggio non troppo chiara.. Comunque buon prodotto.
