Review: GREAT BUY. - I’ve had this bag for almost a year , what a buy. I commute daily in train and tube and this bag has been amazing . I carry laptop , charger and work phone , uniform items , coffee flask , lunch and snacks ,water bottle and gym clothes and towel .Most morning I carry easily 5kgs +. The build quality is great , it hasn’t frayed or split seams , the zips don’t pop open when in my back when it’s full . I don’t padlock it but you can with the eyelets on zips to lock it up . It’s fairly waterproof , if I take it out on weekends if I walk to shops I can put loads of purchases in it and the straps are comfortable on my shoulders and back . It’s ok if light showers but in heavier weather I’d recommend to put whatever you are carrying in plastic bags.Theres loads of little pockets - I have one for sani gel and wipes , first aid kit , protein bars and stationery . Nice pocket inside main compartment for power bank however I don’t put power bank here , I put my travel umbrella in it . Definitely would buy again

As well as room for a change of clothes and foot wear. and this arrived, great quality and a lot bigger than i expected, a fantastic amount of space!

**Q: how many liters is this pack?**
A: Dimensions = 18.6.” X 13.5” x 10.8” = aprx 2700 cu in = aprx 44.5 L

**Q: Did anyone have any issues when carry it on an airplane? Its size is bigger than the minimum acceptable in almost all airplanes.**
A: I carried mine on one of the smaller planes( 4 rows) I didn't have any issues

**Q: Which airline did you fly when you weren't able to keep this bag under the seat because of the size?**
A: ALL DUAL ZIPPERS THAT KEEP SLIDING APART. THEY MUST BE SECURED TOGETHER WITH A CLIP OTHERWISE CONTENTS WILL FALL FROM EACH COMPARTMENT. YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHEN ITEMS FALL OUT UNLESS THEY HIT YOU BEFORE IT LANDS ON THE GROUND. CAUTION: EXTREMELY EASY COMPARTMENTS TO PICK POCKET BECAUSE ZIPPERS DO NOT REMAIN IN PLACE.

**Q: Is the luggage strap elastic?  Elastic degrades and elongates - that is my concern.**
A: It is not elastic, but it is not very wide either. I travel a lot and this backpack fits everything I need. 3 laptops, a tech pouch, notebook, gadgets, vape and ejuice, small wallet with my ID And corporate credit card in the RFID pocket, and miscellaneous other items. It will sit solidly on top of a hard side suitcase with the handle extended, but if the luggage strap was a bit wider, I would be more confident about it. Other than that small issue and the need to purchase cushioned shoulder strap covers, this is my only bag I prefer to travel with. The sternum strap can be moved up or down for comfort and the pockets on the sides are roomy also.
