I am a bit confused about the power consumption of this. Basically, can I run it for a couple of days off a 100Ah leisure battery?

Exact power consumption depends on the temperature setting, the contents and the ambient temperature. As a guide, once down to temperature at around 4°c, mine uses around 10-15ah (at 13v, so around 130-200w) per 24h period on an average UK summer day. Obviously if I turn the temperature down to freeze, or the outside temperature is higher, it uses more energy.

That depends on whether the panel can supply the energy demanded by the fridge.   Both supply and demand are dependent on many variables and both are very sensitive to change from any yardstick such as Waeco's that quotes demand in the form 0.44amps at 20C ambient and 5 C internal temperature - i.e. about 10 amphours per 24 hour day.     A few degrees higher ambient or lower set temperature would make a significant difference - perhaps as much as doubling the figure to 20 amphours or halving it to 5 amphours.          An 80w solar panel's output over 24 hours depends on the intensity, angle of incidence and duration of the light falling upon it - you could hope for 20 amphours in the tropics but it would be optimistic to expect that in the UK, particularly in winter.        If you decide to give it a go you would also need a 12v battery (preferably deep cycle leisure or marine type) with a capacity of about 50 amphours or more between panel and fridge and might need to top it up from some other energy source from time to time depending on environmental and operating conditions.        That might not be such a problem as it might sound if you are thinking of using the fridge in conjunction with moving around in a car or boat whose engine alternator output could be tapped for this purpose.
