Best Ever, easiest ever, and loved, like mom used to make!

This makes the best Apple Crisp! I made a quadruple batch for friends at a summer event and it was a huge success. I don't remember how many, but many people told me it was "just like mom used to make", or grandma. I'm going to try some with mixed strawberries and rhubarb. Anothe huge plus, is that it's super easy to make and very forgiving of ovens with wildly fluctuating temperatures.
