These are great crunchy snacks with a deeply umami flavour. The bags are very sturdy and it feels like you get a good amount in each bag, which is a bit bigger than your usual bag of crisps. The calories are pretty light and easy to work into my daily plan. They are sturdy enough to use for dipping a chunky dip. My daughter and I both loved them, they shred the roof of my mouth a bit but they're worth it! The value is on par with similar snacks in my opinion. I would buy these again.

These shiitake mushroom crisps are really nice. They have a light mushroom taste and, to be honest, if you don't like the flavour of mushrooms generally, then you won't like these crisps, as although it is a subtle flavour it is unmistakeable. Texture: they are like quavers or prawn crackers, depending on your age and dietary preferences. Crisp and crunchy but quickly dissolve. Flavour: lightly salted on top of that base mushroom flavour. They are made from tapioca starch and shiitake, with the latter at 30%. Nutritionals: 57% carbs and 38% fat, which leaves not much room for anything else. Half of the fat is saturated. However it is a very light snack, so the actual weight of that fat is low - 5g of saturates if you scoff the whole bag. Overall: the texture of a rice cracker and the flavour of mushroom in a light relatively low-cal snack. Two-thirds of the household really like them, with the other third on the fence.

I love veggie crisps but these ones are absolutely delicious... You get a large amount of crisps in a bag which makes a welcome change. A must buy! Highly recommend
