Are they horribly scented?

They have no scent. If you're thinking about getting these for after giving birth I'd like to suggest getting Aloe Vera gel, keeping it in the fridge and putting some on the pad as it helps cool things.

Do they come individually wrapped?

No they just all in the one pack

Can this be used for total incontinence or just for moderate leakage?

Here is a video of the pad compared to a 2L bottle, it's thick aswell, but i wouldn't say it would hold incotinence. It's more for a very heavy bleed after delivery.
