I had to line part of my fairing on my 2004 BMW R1150RT where the exhaust pipes go close to the paint. this stuff is easy to cut and work with. custom shaped it and stuck it on. it is still on perfectly and even though it is exposed to extreme heat, the adhesive is still holding and it is still looking great.
