What is the diameter of the base

Its aprox 3inches across not too big but has a stick pad on the bottom i bought it for work cos i was fed up all the pens being taken. Its brilliant

Can it be fixed to a worktop?

Ours just sits on a Desk with no need to fix down but it could easily be fixed down with a sticky pad - great value for money.

Can you refill ink or pen? Otherwise bit of a waste if you need to throw in the bin
