Pros: -The cover is SUPER soft -The chin strap worked very well (after I figured out how to position it) for keeping my chin from bobbing -The cover is removable and held up super well after washing it (it looks perfect and was easy to put back on) -The back is flush against the seat so your neck is comfortable -I slept much better than usual on flights with this -the red and orange color is very pretty and vibrant Cons -it doesn’t come with any sort of carrying bag or case.
