Very fast
Works very well - extremely fast at data transfer. A bit large and heavy to carry around when out and about, but, that apart, hard to fault.

Good, fast, easy to set up
Had to replace a few-year-old MS Surface Hub 2.0 that seemed to not output display anymore (so unsure how reliable this will be long term) but for now, very easy to set up, fast data etc. Only two free usbc ports (when the other two Thunderbolts are being used for displays) which isn't great but can be expanded with another hub). Running 2 USB A devices (keyboard/mouse dongle, and a webcam) and have another free. Running with different models of Surface Pro's so the other review that says dual display doesn't work unless you have a Surface Laptop 3 is just wrong! Noticed with this MS finally doing hubs that use a USB-C connection rather than the Surface connector - good for using with other non-Surface devices, but not so good since it takes up one of the two valuable USBC connections I have directly on Surface Pro 10. These minor niggles - and the big price - mean it misses out on 5 stars. But generally seems good and stable for dual display and data, and easy to plug and go.

Everyone wants two screens right? Not with this dock. It will give you one but two only if you have a Laptop 5. Forget it, get the old Dock 2.
