Handy for all types of food. Mainly bought this to add to ramen and noodles. I must say the taste is so subtle, that I don’t even tase any of the flavor. It comes in a handy flip top container. I like the size and texture of the flakes.Incidentally, it’s a product from China.

This is much better then looking at the dead chives in my vegetable drawer. Great to toss on any food to make it look special. I sprinkle it on eggs and/or avocado toast...and potatoes...whatever. I will definitely buy again.

Date on container was 6/24 I’m thinking this is the expiration date but it could be production date.Regardless the product is good and freeze dried items are good for almost forever so they’re worth a go.I heard from the seller and was told that the date on the lid is the production date, so don’t hesitate to try is product.
