How do you wash and dry these, and do they shrink when cleaning them?

Washing machine - full cycle on cold. Haven’t had any shrinkage from washing - I hang them to dry as I’m more worried about shrinkage from drying

They are 85% polyester and 15% Polyurethane! Very good quality also!

Depends on your frame. I’m 6’3 and around 200 lbs and I bought XL. Fit is relatively snug through the torso and has a little give in the arms (not much). Could have gone a size lower if I wanted very snug

I'm 6'2 but I got pretty long arms, what size should I get?

I got these for my grandson who is 6' and about 180lbs. They seem to have plenty of length in the sleeves for him. You should possibly get XL.
