I’ve been using the Acupoint Physical Massage Therapy Ball Set regularly, and it’s been a game-changer for my weightlifting and martial arts training. Exactly way I was looking for

This is great for rolling out on. I fist used a set of these in a yoga class. The only thing about these is the tote is not as soft as some others I’ve used. I use it directly on my skin so it can be a little irritating. The balls are slightly on the smaller side but it works ok for me since they fit in between my shoulder blades.

I love these. They are such great little massage balls. I use them for my back and sore muscles. They’re really lightweight yet hard. They relieve a lot of my back pain. Great value for the price.

I've had my own massage business for almost 5 years, and have been massaging professionally for almost 8. I haven't had my own personal massage for almost 3 years. I'm starting to experience plantar fasciitis due to hours of squatting and lunging, after intermittent physical issues over the last 8 months, and extreme discomfort in my neck and shoulders. I bought these balls to help with my feet when regular tennis balls couldn't withstand the weight or pressure. 1st, these balls arrived a day ahead of ETA. Kudos! 👍 2nd, I received them today - a day early, and already : I've used them sitting down and rolling my feet over them; laying on the ground and placing them under my lower back muscles and glutes and hamstrings; as well as rolling against them and the wall at my levator scapula inferior attachment site. Talk about feeling fantastic! I haven't been this flexible or pain-free in months! Love! They're rubber! 👏🙌 I don't envision them losing consistency in durability any time soon.🥰 So far most certainly worth the money! 👏🙌🔥

Exactly what the wife was looking for. She says at first it hurts like hell to lay on these as per what she needs for her upper and lower back but after some time, the relief she felt was amazing.

So these arrived 20 minutes ago. I've been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I'm in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now. Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him 😆 But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!

Für meine Kurse nutze ich Krocketbälle, die rutschiger und härter sind. Diese Bälle sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad rutschfest und auch der Beutel ist praktisch, weil man die Bälle nicht erst in einer Socke eindrehen muss. Für mich ein hervorragendes Paar, dass ich bereits weitergegeben habe und neben meiner Yogamatte nicht mehr missen möchte.
