Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love the sound quality

I bought these to replace a broken set of Sennheiser EPOS SC 165 USB headphones. These are very similar construction, but with much thicker earpads (and BT obviously). Initially, the sound quality was not quite as good as the old ones. However, after just a few days, I've gotten used to it. It's not worse exactly, just different. More midrange, which I corrected with a third part eq app. Just a 2-3db cut around 500Hz was all it took to make them sound very nice. I use these for gaming, chat, work, and music. The volume control is a bit flimsy, and it makes a soft "beep" when you adjust it, which causes an odd interaction with whatever audio is playing. They are pricey, but far better than the $50 set I tried before these.

It stopped working in 30 days!

The quality of audio for speakers and microphone is outstanding. However, all of the EPOS products have this beautiful feature called Smart Pause that sometimes can not be turned off. This implies that your videos will pause every 5 seconds, all the time, continuously, and without the chance to disable the feature. Even models that are NOT supposed to have this feature, HAVE the Smart Pause feature, like the C20. Completely unbearable, and unfixable (I tried for 6 weeks to fix it); it is hard to believe that they can be so stupid to release a product in these conditions.

Ich war es leid, während meiner Arbeit am Laptop immer das Kabel herumbaumeln zu haben - also was schnurloses. Ich habe dann das für Sennheiser-Kopfhörer wirklich günstige Angebot wahr genommen, besitze ihn jetzt seit einer Woche und bin vom ersten Tag an fasziniert: 1. Klang ist hervorragend 2. Geräuschunterdrückung: Schon vom Headset selbst werden Fremdgeräusche gegenüber Teilnehmer wirklich gut unterdrückt. Ich nutze es unter anderem für die Arbeit mit Microsoft Team zusammen (Teams zertifiziert). Und zusammen mit der Geräuscheinstellung in Teams selber ist der Hörer wirklich der Hammer: Bei mehreren Tests mit Arbeitskollegen haben die mich immer einwandfrei/gut gehört und selbst bei laut gestellter Musik im Hintergrund haben die rein gar nichts vom Hintergrund mitbekommen. 3. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeit des "Mithörtons" ist äusserst wichtig und gut. Man läuft ja ansonsten Gefahr, dass man mit Kopfhörern extrem laut spricht. Mit dieser Funktion redet man in normaler Lautstärke. 4. Akku: Das Gerät soll lt Herstellerangaben 27h Laufzeit haben. Bei mir sind es jetzt schon über 5 Tage (>40h) und der Akku ist immer noch mehr als 50% voll. Entweder die Anzeige funktioniert nicht richtig oder aber ich habe einen Über-Akku verbaut. Aber definitiv Laufzeit weit über den angegebenen 27h. 5. Kopplung mit 2 Geräten parallel läuft super: Telefonie über beide Geräte ohne Umschalten. Z.B. ich höre über Handy Musik, über Laptop kommt Anruf rein - als wäre alles über ein Gerät. Also bisher rumherum begeistert.

Fatto reso, sentivo le cuffie troppo pesanti e poco comode da usare per ore di lavoro

Casque en apparence de bonne facture, mais je n'ai jamais eu casque d'une aussi mauvaise qualité sonore. Au départ (sans driver) il est carrément inutilisable, ensuite une fois le driver installé (mis à jour, configuré) on arrive a peine à avoir un son médiocre. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce produit est en vente. Une honte.

I could see myself with this headset for hours because it's not too heavy it's very light. I did end up returning it because the noise cancelling is not up to par with the Sennheiser SDW series it was to replace. I have instead decided to buy a new battery and earpads for the Sennheiser SDW, I thought the C20 would have been an upgrade but it actually is not. For all day comfort and battery life highly recommended, just shop around if you need great noise cancelling.
