Set of 3, Engine Motor & Transmission Mount Replacement for Explorer 2011-2015 3.5L NA Engine Automatic Trans, W/o Turbo

I ordered this set for my GF 2015 ford explorer 3.5l and it all fit perfectly. The drivers side is different design then the OEM but looks to be a better design. Its much beefier and the rubber on it looks to be much better than the OEM. The old one had the rubber cracked and even the metal was cracked. I replace all three mounts and no more rattle when turning the ac on and the idle is much quieter also. If this part fails, I'll update but so far so good. Great value for great quality.

This got rid of the shaking/vibrating when in drive, but not moving... ie at a stop light. Works great. Fit perfect.

These motor mounts are just what I needed. My 2015 Ford Explorer had a popping sound even accelerating from a stop and sometimes when braking. It also had a rough idle when in drive and idling that went away in neutral and park. I decided it was the motor mounts. The parts are quality made and more heavy duty than the OEM ones. The passenger side mount had some scratches from shipping but that is not the manufacturers fault. The transmission mount had thicker rubber than the stock mount. It fit perfectly. I thought the driver side mount was not the correct one because it looked SO different. After looking at the holes and how it compared otherwise to the stock mount I realized it was MUCH stronger and had more rubber to isolate things better. The stock drivers side mount was so torn that I could easily rip it apart by hand. This one has SO MUCH MORE to offer. I am VERY happy with this product. My shake and popping went away immediately. It took me about 5-6 hours all said and done using a hand turn Jack and Jack stands. I. had hand tools to use. No electric, no impact, no air tools. Be sure that you have an extra deep socket for the studs on the mounts. I did not and my deep impact socket had too small of an internal hole for the studs to fit through so I took a concrete drill bit and bored through the center to enlarge it. Worked like a champ. Would definitely buy these again and recommend them to others. From the looks of them they will last longer than the vehicle. By the way my vehicle had 115,xxx miles on it .

Excelente producto, tal como dicen en las especificaciones, tardé como 4 horas en montarlos porque lo hice con calma y paso a paso, ademas ni tenía llave de impacto para los tornillos que estaban super ajustados, pero en realidad es fácil la instalación. Siempre tomen todas las medidas de seguridad al cambiarlos. Se fue la molesta vibración del volante y en los asientos en ralentí. Lleva 1 mes instalados y hasta ahora excelente producto. recomendado 100%

Installed 3 weeks ago. Install was fairly simple for what it is. (subjective of course). 2011 ford explorer was making a grinding/growling noise when in drive, and got worse on acceleration. Initially I thought it was the transmission. Then later thought it was the PTO/Transfer Case. Some had even suggested it was an exhaust leak. We had our ford mechanic friend briefly listen to it and suggested it sounded like the drive train was misaligned. Turns out the passenger side motor mount, and lower mount were completely destroyed and worn. Installed all 3 of these and the noise has completely stopped. It took about 2 hours total time to install, not in a rush. How I tested it: (I don't recommend anyone do this) With the brake engaged, the parking brake engaged, and wheel chocks on both front tires. I had my wife put the vehicle in drive, I put a floor jack under the engine and very softly and carefully raised the engine ever so slightly, and the noise went away. The engine and drive train was probably sagging up to 2 inches, and tilted another inch or 2, so it doesn't take much to cause or fix the issue. I will update my review after more time has passed, or if issues arise. So far working great.
