Love the music

A solid album, with some beautiful vocals on "soft" ballads like House of Cards, Eye of the Storm and Gypsy Life. Just as you expect the heavy guitars, it fools you and continues with the beautiful lyrics instead. That said there are still enough heavy tracks to keep everyone happy.

This is classic Scorpions. The album, its hard it's heavy and truly hark's back to the heyday of this brilliant band. All the members are on top form here, the album is consistently full of great songs (no filler) and I have no hesitation in recomending this album

Great artists. Great album. Good quality recording, jewel case and packing.

Nos petites bêtes jouent les prolongations. Après une tournée d'adieu interminable et un dernier album (Sting in The Tail), on les croyait sur le départ. Et paf, un nouveau CD qui tombe ! Je me suis dit que c'était du réchauffé. Pourtant, après plusieurs écoutes, c'est du très bon Scorpions. Il n'y a aucune originalité dans ce CD, même styles de compositions, même son, des morceaux qui ressemblent à d'autres plus anciens... Mais il n’empêche que c'est très bon à écouter.

スコーピオンズを聴くのは「ラブ・アット・ファースト・スティング」以来です。ずっと聴き続けていらっしゃるファンのかたにごめんなさい、なのですが、彼らがブルーズなのかと驚きました。ZZトップの「ラ・フートゥラ」やナザレスの「ロックンロール・テレフォン」を聴いたとき同様、ぶすぶすに焦げたギターにやられました。メタルというより、ヘビーロック。加えてメロディが判りやすい上に安っぽくない。3 Rock My Car なんて何度聴いても体が動き出してしまいます。 老人になってもロックなんて、と思っていた時期もありました。実際かつて大好きだったバンドが声が出なくなったりするのはつらいもんです。このアルバムは、瞬発力がなくなったバンドがどれだけ不良っぽくやれるかの見本のようであります。しかもクラウス・マイネは老人になっても高い声を出せる。声に艶がある。ひょっとすると彼らのラストになる可能性もありますが、この境地に達するため彼らは存在していたような感動を覚えます。
