Not a USB Connection, uses mic and speaker ports on Sound card/motherboard. ZIP for a users manual, in box or on line, no instructions on Integrating the "free" App. HOWEVER, great on the ears, best in game sound ever, worth fiddling with all the above for comfort and sound quality.

Good sounds and quality, especially for price

Overall quality is top notch. I used them for PS5 gaming and movies. The sound volume is great. PS5 3D effect is wonderful. Honestly it would be stupid to spend more than $40 on a headset when these are available. Update: a little over 1 year later and the volume knob is causing the sound to crackle like an ole timey radio from the 1920’s. This is where they cheaped out on them. How disappointing.

El producto funciona como debería, aunque no cuenta con unos graves muy marcados, por su precio no se puede exigir demasiado, lo que no me gustó mucho es que después de unas horas empiezan a incomodar en la parte superior del audífono.

Fantastic sound at this price point, plastic all around but chose it for its value... Headset stays in place and mic is good enough for its price range would definitely recommend

They are not a terrible option but the sound cancellation of the microphone is almost nule, the headphones in general deteriorate relatively fast. They lasted me just one year, now I need to turn the plug to get the righ angle to have the headphones work, and if I use the volume wheel it changes if it sounds one side or the other or both, the same happens when I try to adjust it. On the good side of things, microphone is solid, clarity is a 9/10 and they are comfortable. They work to play and work.
