Yes it will, but put it in sideways, and leave the truck in granny low. Use Chevy approved Polaris belt equalizer in your fuel tank. 30:1 ratio should do. Leave about 5/8" play in the diff belt, coming from the transfer case. If you have a rear locker, make sure to sprinkle some never seize on the outside of the belt. Hope this helps.
