Operator manual written in English.
This item arrived with no instructions written in English, this is an item that could be easily operated incorrectly. From a liability standpoint why would you ship this technical item with no English operator's manual to the United States? Due to the fact that I have no information on the operation of this equipment you need to make arrangements to either provide an operator manual or pick the unit up and credit my account.
