Will led bulbs expose board? does incandescent light almost expose?

I don't know about these lights, I use two ordinary fluorescent lights at 3" for 20 minutes, you can try between 15 and 20.

Can you cut these boards to size?

Yes, they come with a protective material that needs to be removed before exposure. This material is white and you can use it to draw the outline for the size of board you need and then cut it with either a hack saw or saber saw. Please use a dust mask while cutting since the boards do contain glass.

Who manufactures these boards?

GC Electronics and they are really excellent quality, thicker copper the MG boards and FR4 very strong. Requires about 2/3 exposure time to MG boards
