They are 12.9 x 10.5 x 2.5 inches; two of these fit perfectly in the Winco Chafer, so two of the 1/2 size is one of the full size pans

Can these be used in the oven and if so, what is the maximum temperature that can be used ?

They can be used in the oven, yes. I've used them at up to 400, and I wouldn't hesitate to crank it up from there, though the metal isn't overly thick, so unevenness might be an issue at higher temps.

If I buy a few of them, can they be stacked?

you would need anti jamming to stack, they will stack but could get stuck together.

No! I have bought several and none were made in the USA! They rust also
