I like the fact that the height is adjustable, they come with clear plastic to protect your paper signs, and they are pretty simple to assemble. Also, while they are very simple in construction, they are surprisingly stable and don't tip over as easily as you'd think. Plus, the price is good.The only caveat I would offer is that you'll need to trim or fold your paper sign to fit, as the holder doesn't q-u-i-t-e fit an 8.5 x 11 page cleanly.
