I do not have the bottle any more - I just emptied it and ready to order again. I ordered it because it has no iron or iodine. I do not take any vitamins with soy, but I cannot say for sure about this one. I would think it has no soy, but without the bottle, I can't say for sure. Sorry I don't have a positive answer about the soy. If you can find an ad and read the label it will tell you
