If you are going to be changing bath taps or basin taps then this is something which will make a difficult job alot easier. Changing the bathroom bath taps and tightening up the new taps so that they didn't move was nigh on impossible, due to two facts. 1) Because of the area where my bath is located I had to use my weaker arm (left) under the bath to try and twist the tap back nut which was incredibly difficult to get it to any level of stiffness. 2) My bath is positioned directly next to an external wall. Unfortunately the gap between the external wall and the bath is only a few inches, so trying to use a basin wrench or any other type of spanner was impossible. Using this tool allowed me to tighten both my bath taps and basin taps so that neither of them would move during the course of normal use, which was impossible without it.
