One of the best trimmers I’ve purchased and I have the og andis t-outliner, babyliss lo-pro trimmer, andis slimline pro, Wahl detailers. I find myself picking these up more often than not. They are sharp out the box, lightweight, and hold a decent battery.

Faulty blade
I’m very disappointed in customer service. I reached out to them the blade nips on the neck. I’m a professional so I know what clippers are supposed to do my customers complain that it’s pinching them so I can’t even use it. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send a picture of the bill and send it to them through an email. I did it wouldn’t go through. Maybe it did. I haven’t heard from them. All I want is a new blade and they act like I’m trying to scam them for a blade. Very disappointed can’t use this.

Trimmer gets hot, no compatible guards
The trimmer is powerful, works well. Two downsides: 1. The blade gets really hot after a couple of minutes 2. I searched for compatible guards for months, couldn’t find any. FYI: I know you can buy the clipper, which has compatible guards, but it doesn’t make sense for my use case. I ended up switching to the Gamma+ trimmer, which solved both issues for me.

Junk
I bought this trimmer in Feb 2025, it stopped cutting in the beginning of October 2025. I’m furious it cost over $100, and now it’s past the return time. I’m out over $100. It’s junk! Do not buy!!

Long lasting battery and they cut awesome
Honestly, I was not sure whenever I bought these, but they were on sale and they are now my new favorite trimmers

I have found it leaves marks and has broken skin so use with caution. I do clean and oil regularly but it is still happening
