Hori Fighting Stick Alpha (Street Fighter 6) for PS5, PS4, and PC

Glad I managed to get one of these fight sticks.

I’m no pro haven’t played Street Fighter since 90s but I just couldn’t resist rewinding my VHS age and just splashing the cash on this kit Pros: Nostalgia reminds you of the 90s / Unboxed played for 5 hours straight on SF6 - already see why it’s just more tactile to use a joystick and button combo / Super fast response Vs PS5 pad / Literally smashing the competition / Looks and feels great / Makes combo easier / Learning easier Cons: Expensive / Unboxing was lame nothing special for Ltd Edition / Joystick round but the movement is within a square / Should have had a little d-pad on areas of the device to add additional controls for settings and small perhaps analogue stick like IBM mouse rubber stick as they knew World Tour was third person - currently you’ll find it annoying with fightick moving a 3rd person character around - so have to use ps5 pad and keep switching over which is a few seconds but nuisance when have to do it all the time - although every stick will have this issue - but for price should’ve thought about this Overall: Must buy for limited edition enthusiast and those who seek to be OG or original and keep the tradition of classic controls alive - way it always was I don’t regret purchase just feel aggrieved by price was expecting more from unboxing and more thought to be specific for sf6

It's a great fight stick, very responsive and fun to use. It's easy to mod and light enough to put in your lap and play for hours. I just think it's over priced, there is a cheaper (non sf6) version that I should have bought instead (would have had to wait a week for delivery of that). But yeah it's good fun.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as he’s an avid SF6 player and he loves it, uses it everyday and no complaints!

Never knew I wanted a fight stick until my brother showed me the Tekken 8 fight stick that is up for preorder. I looked it up on Amazon and wanted to preorder for myself, but ultimately decided on the Street Fighter 6 version because I really like the colors. Though this is my first fight/arcade stick I'm definitely impressed with the build quality and cable management. I considered other brands, but they were either too expensive or had some bad reviews and I didn't want to go thru any hassle with my first fight stick. I can say for a fact that its pretty frickin sweet to have the arcade feel at home minus the crowds and heavy machine. I can also definitely see why other fighting game enthusiasts like using fight sticks rather than a standard controller. This thing brings back some nostalgia from when I was a kid playing at the arcade machine stationed at a local grocery store in Mexico, can't say that I was any good at playing the games, but sure had a blast. I did also get around to playing a couple fighting games on my Steam Deck with this thing and I can say it works very well, the steam deck also recognizes the fight stick really quick which is definitely a plus! The only downside and minor gripe is that the fight stick is recognized as an Xbox Controller rather than a PlayStation controller, but not that big of a deal. Definitely still a great fight stick and feels very solid too!
