I'm amazed on how people focus on describing the taste. please, any commentary on real progress? muscle/strenght gain?

It’s protein powder. 25g at 120 calories is among the best bang for your caloric buck out there, so it can be very helpful for putting on lean muscle.

My product did not come with a scoop and I don't have a scale to measure 32g. Could someone tell me how many tablespoons/ml that is?

One scoop is 1/4 cup, so about 4 tablespoons.

What do I mix the powder with ?
