I love these bars and look at them as a dessert, much healthier than, say, a candy bar.Here is the entire ingredient list in order of amount, from most to least: Almonds, coconut, honey, glucose, crisp rice, chicory root fiber, and soy lecithin. **Q: what is the sugar content?** A: The nutrition facts on the back of the box indicate total sugars at 9g. **Q: If I'm having it shipped to Arizona in August how do you keep it from melting?** A: Unfortunately, this time of year, there is no way for us to prevent melting.
