Review: Great keyboard - The keyboard is great! It's very weighty but I don't mind this as it feels great quality. Excellent responsiveness of the keys. The brightness of the LEDs are also fab and you can customise this in the Epomaker app on your PC. The key switches can be changed to the noise level of your keys can be customised. I switched mine out for some silent prestige switches and it sounds so much quieter (so you can customise to what you prefer). The keycaps are also great and feel so retro! Again customisable too. The screen is a great addition and you can add some gifs or photos. The screen did stop working however, but desertcart kindly refunded. The keyboard itself still works as well. The keyboard in my opinion is excellent value for money and the quality is great in my opinion, minus the mini display issues :)
Review: Nice thocky keyboard out of the box (Gateron Pro Yellow Switches) - I bought the version with Yellow Gateron Pro switches as the sound has that deeper thocky-ness I like. And was not disappointed. As someone who wanted something nice out this box, this does the trick for me. I was replacing an Apple wireless keyboard and wanted something aesthetic - boy did I get that! As a Mac user, it connects fine but requires a dongle, I couldn’t get it to work on Bluetooth for some reason but that’s likely user error. But because it’s connected via wifi, it doesn’t show as a connected device like my previous keyboard did. The volume dial is a nice addition. It comes with the key caps to swap from default windows to include the command and option keys for Mac. I had one switch that was broken and kept sticking. I got in touch with epomaker and they sent me some spare switches to swap out which worked. Their customer service was good but because they’re based in China, it took 20 days to get the replacements (10 days to sort on their end and then 10 days to get from China to UK), so that’s something to be aware of. It would have been quicker for me to return the keyboard to desertcart and order a replacement but that felt like more hassle to me. As a newbie to mechanical keyboards, I wasn’t sure what it would come with but it comes with a solid charging cable with metal ends, key cap swaps from windows to Mac, key cap tool (to change the windows ones to Mac ones) and the little screen addition (I’ve not used that). Overall, it’s easy to use, comfortable and for me, worth every penny because it brings me a lot of joy.

**Q: Is the knob removable? What software is used to customize the function of the knob?**
A: No, the knob isn't movable. You may customize the function of the knob on “EPOMAKER” software.

**Q: Does this software work on Mac OS?**
A: The keyboard works on Mac OS, and we have a Mac OS download link for their drivers as well.

**Q: Why does the spacebar always get stuck when pressed down?**
A: This may be because the padding cotton of the spacebar is not fixed properly. You can remove the spacebar from the keyboard to check. Re-fixing the padding cotton can solve this problem.

**Q: Why did I receive a mini TV with scratches on it?**
A: To protect the screen. We added a protective film to the screen (this protective film is not visible). After removing the protective film. There will be no scratches on the small TV.

**Q: Can mini TV be applied to other keyboards？Why does the keycap and switch automatically come off？**
A: No. The mini TV can only be used on the RT100 keyboard. This may be due to a collision during transportation that caused the keycap and switch to fall off. After reinstalling it, it can be used normally.

The keyboard is great! It's very weighty but I don't mind this as it feels great quality. Excellent responsiveness of the keys. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing intro to custom keyboards.

I've been using this board for about a year now so figured it was time for a review. I genuinely love it. I have the gateron yellow switches and they give a nice combo creamy/thocky sound. The caps also contribute to this. This is a great intro to custom keebs. The screen has never worked as intended, but has always felt like a bit of a gimmick anyways so I'm not too cut up about it. Wish I'd picked up the ISO UK version but if you're getting into custom boards then I'd recommend you learn to use an ANSI layout because it gives you the most options for customisation. Quality is amazing. I've build boards since that have issues with sticky inputs and janky stabilisers but this board is all high quality stuff.
